Responsible for the day to day operations of key functions within the organization:
Facilities
? Led 2.5 year project to spec, find and execute lab expansion: selected Real Estate agent, negotiated lease, drove construction contractor selection and requirements specification and managed the execution of buildout - growing 2 times in 2 years from 5.6K SQFT to 36K SQFT. Made all furnishing and seat assignment decisions. Came in on budget. Drove, planned and executed plant moves. Created seating plan for expanding employee headcount, purchased all furniture & office equipment. Specified and managed IT, plant security and phone system upgrades.
? Responsible for installation, training and maintenance of: complex HVAC systems, plant security, specialty lab space, automated reception, AV, analytical lab equipment and all facilities
? Defined SOW and manage day to day contracts with: construction, IT, plant security, facility services, VOIP phone provider and etc. Landlord point of contact.

EHS
? Actively drive EHS function coordinating cross functional teams. Developed and utilize EHS data base to support management of plant safety and OSHA compliance for all EHS requirements related to R& D Laboratory, Chemical Laboratory, Manufacturing Plant and Analytical Radiation Laboratory.
? Responsible for establishing and delivering corporate trainings for all EHS related categories.
? Manage all SDS, EHS records, HAZ MAT, shipping and waste management records including environmental permits, filings and recordkeeping to local, state and federal requirements.
? Full EHS budget responsibilities.
IT
? Established corporate IT policy, specified IT provider scope of work, selected IT provider, actively redesigned corporate server, web and phone configuration for optimal security, manage daily IT security and day-day user support including specifying, purchasing and installing user and lab systems. First line of user support for IT issues. Standardized hardware configurations, encryption, security and backups of all systems.
? Monitor phishing, malware and security reports and coordinate penetration and vulnerability testing on appropriate intervals.
? Full IT budget responsibilities.
Admin
? Plan and execute day to day admin support including: business office, finance, investors and in house partners. Responsible for: visitor passes, catering, travel, IT support, AV support. Full Admin budget, contract and people management responsibilities.
? Corporate communication: primary point of dissemination of communications to employees, maintain corporate in the news database, manage phone inquiries, support off site remote workers, created and maintain corporate visitor calendar, create and maintain corporate emergency communication system.
? Responsible for direct support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel, meeting coordination, special
research projects, Board Meeting coordination, company event planning and execution.
? Support CEO special projects: RFP responses, lab resource research, corporate hotel rates, visiting partner
housing etc.
? Manage administration of all patents, MTAs, NDAs and private correspondence. Coordinates legal counsel on
matters of intellectual property, landlord negotiation and contracts.

? Onboard new employees provide training for EHS, phone, emergency communication, security, facility policy
and IT. Off board exiting staff to maintain IP and IT security.
