Serves as Center�s Visual Information Specialist to establish a strong and consistent brand by creating innovative and original vector designs, infographics, motion graphics, and writing content, that meet customer standards through multimedia channels to include the agency�s internet and intranet, social media website, printed brochures, presentations, television advertisements, and videos. Ensures all products meet 508 Compliant Accessibility Standards. Efficiently plans and researches the Director�s goals and develops visual designs and corporate communication products such as the Strategic Plan booklet. Created graphic template for the Operations Center �Employee Spotlight� to recognize employee talent and achievements on a monthly basis. Serves as point of contact for the Operations Center Leadership exhibit. Recommends points of emphasis of the design and layout of photographs and nameplates; maintains consistency and design concepts to display leadership information to the audience. Reviews and processes visual information work requests. Responsible for the design of the invitations and promo for the 2018 Defense Information Systems Agency Cloud and Knowledge Management Symposiums. Executes as SharePoint Site Manager for the Military Personnel branch, proficiently updates website with content, producing written materials that provide public information and effectively communicate programs, policies, and results. Develops SharePoint website for the Operations Center Quarterly and Annual Awards selection board. Produces digital design web elements and analyzes web usability, testing, and content improvements. Creates workflow processes within the Operations Center Quarterly and Annual Awards SharePoint site to ensure human resource representatives and senior leadership can execute selections within the customized digital form. Communicates effectively to ensure documents meet guidelines as well as deadlines. Professionally advises senior leadership though oral and written communication on policy/procedure changes.
