Processed customer orders by order of priority, ensured quality of cut
and/or engraving, safely and efficiently operated two large 6-foot wide
industrial laser cutters and their respective parts (air compressors,
chillers, voltage regulators/transformers), preformed light maintenance
when needed (changing and cleaning lenses, cleaning mirrors, adjusting
air pressure, diagnosing minor problems and errors when they occur).
Additional duties included: operating vinyl plotters, vinyl application and
using power tools (drills, sanders, nail guns, etc.) to finish products.

Customized customer orders (anywhere from 40-300 Etsy orders daily),
edited pre existing templates, created new designs and templates as
necessary, contacted clients in regards to custom designs and proofs,
took customer-provided designs and prepared them for production (laser
or vinyl), answered customer inquiries.
Petsmart, Encinitas — Senior Petshotel Associate
June 2015-November 2017
Led a team of 3-6 associates to ensure daily activities were completed on
time according to Policies and Procedures. Activities included: cleaning of
the facility and proper care of animals in the facility (feeding, walking,
scheduled exercise, administering medication when necessary, etc.),
processed pets in and out of facility, processed payments, and ensured all
necessary paperwork was completed.
