Graduate Looking for Summer Work
Hi there! My name is Brian Blakely and I am a high school teacher in Houston, Texas. I am looking to work in the summer as a photographer.
My experience is from working for my university's newspaper, yearbook, and SPEAK Magazine for 5 years. For 4 of those years I was the photo-editor for all three publications. I was responsible for training new staff and deciding which photographs to submit to be chosen from to be published. Other responsibilities included assigning stories to photographers each week for the newspaper, periodically for the yearbook (mostly sports), and quarterly for the magazine.
