Work History
Tom N Toms Coffee, Santa Clara, CA October 2018 - May 2019
Barista
I received, sorted, and opened various packages that came in, properly storing times for later use in the inventory. To maintain the inventory, I updated the “shopping list” for items that needed to be restocked. If any customers had an issue while within the store, I acted quickly to resolve the issue. During business hours, I acted as a point of contact while the owner was out and answered phone calls to answer questions or take reservations. At the end of the day I handled and recorded profits and proceeds.

MOD Pizza, Santa Clara, CA March 2018 - October 2018
Squad Member
I received customers in a warm fashion and worked to complete the customers’ requests to the best of my abilities. Along with running errands to other locations and answering the phone to take orders, I assisted in resolving any issues that customers had.
