PERSONAL LETTER:
Since graduating from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies, I have been employed assisting people with various disabilities as they prepare to enter the workforce. I am currently in pursuit of moving to Stockholm, Sweden once my residence permit is approved. However, employment in Sweden can help impact the residence permit process a lot quicker. My plans are to move to Sweden in September/October.
Most of my professional experience has been in the human services field and many of my skills can be transferrable in a Human Resources or Research position. I have worked with a variety of populations requiring tailored accommodations for success. My current role requires me to communicate with vulnerable populations in practical and therapeutic ways by finding out what is important to their success.
