• Inventory Management: Managed over 1.2 million dollars’ worth of Class IX repair parts for the Brigade Support Battalion and 13 customer units resulting in zero losses across the maintenance facility
• Collaboration: Lead Soldiers in the US Forces Afghanistan J4 Property Accountability Team inspection resulting in 100% commendable rating
• Competence: Supervised the completion of over 6,000 work orders in a seven-month period in support of Operation Enduring Freedom X-XI

Recovery Vehicle Supervisor – Afghanistan 2008 - 2009
Directly supervised the recovery, field level support maintenance, welding, and fabrication support of four support companies. Responsible for safety, training, and welfare of two Non Commissioned Officers and seven Soldiers; Responsible for serviceability and accountability of over $2,785,350 worth of organization and equipment.
• Staff Training: Facilitated new equipment training and ensured facilities and equipment were in place for the training of 20 Soldiers.
• Leadership: Lead section which consisted of two Non Commissioned Officers and seven Soldiers on the completion of 15 combat logistic patrols without incident during the final months of deployment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom
• Key Achievement: Selected as the standard bearer for continuity binders in preparation for relief in place/transfer of authority optimizing the replacing unit’s potential for success
