� MSW clinical placement: I interned for Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute at both United Hospital and Abbott Northwestern Hospital. I collaborated with a multidisciplinary team to assist with discharge planning. I also provided support to the patients and their families and give them access to resources they will need after discharge.
