FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCE
INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN
• Researched and evaluated business and system requirements, audiences, and training environments to recommend appropriate learning solutions and develop/implement organization-wide software training and blended learning solutions.

E-LEARNING
• Designed, developed, and maintained custom eLearning/CBT/webinar/microlearning solutions—from technical application simulations to engaging story-based interactives--using Captivate and Storyline to support a variety of topics and client needs.
• Managed internal and third-party development teams in the production and deployment of online, off-the-shelf, multi-lingual, user-centered and interactive eLearning materials with a global focus.
• Established storyboarding standards and templates for use in designing new eLearning content.
• Crafted scripts/narration, graphic design, interactive simulations and games as part of eLearning content design.
• Collaborated with rights and licensing team to procure usage and translation rights for leading digital textbooks, journals, and web resources.
• Maintain quality control of online training material, including 508 compliance, SCORM compliance, and browser compatibility testing.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
• Supervised project tasking, oversaw and supported program development and adherence to project schedules, identified and supported risk management protocol, and ensured customer satisfaction by providing quality reviews of curricular content/educational materials.
• Developed and employed master project schedules for projects requiring numerous internal and external resources, print and web-based outputs, and both shifting and solid deadlines.

• Oversaw the development and delivery of project outreach materials, including communication messages, informational packages, and public presentations.
• Managed the production and deployment of 42 modular undergraduate university level Health Science units intended to drive career success in a global workforce and allow economies of scale to multiple (20+) higher ed. Institutions.
• Increased student adoption rates from approximately 81,000 students (2016) to over 279,000 (June 2019); specifically, Health Sciences content grew from 1,840 student enrollments (2016) to 61,300 (year end 2018).
• Managed staff responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of over 30 curriculum-based programs to support a $6.5 million line of revenue.
