I am passionate about food, wine and travel. I enjoy exploring variations of recipes and their origins. I spent 13 years working in the FOH and BOH of Manhattan and Brooklyn restaurants, from upscale dining to casual fast paced brunch spots. I combine my extensive experience in hospitality with my love for creating writing to entice readers and transport them from their own kitchens to other worlds.
I would love to contribute my depth of culinary knowledge, my background in education and creativity to help teach others how to go beyond the scope of the mundane.
