● Traveled to four FEE seminars and produced a large body of photographic work at each

● Oversaw and facilitated a company-wide training program, which served seventy-five undergraduate and graduate student employees during peak months
● Organized reading groups, writing workshops, and professional training events (i.e., to help students with interviewing, resumes, or getting into graduate schools)
● Worked with salaried staff members to provide customized trainings to their teams of students
● Directed students towards seminar and conference opportunities, and ensured that they received necessary training prior to attendance (writing workshops, economics reading groups, etc.)
● Participated in two Strata-sponsored university study abroad programs: Adam Smith and the Scottish Enlightenment in London and Edinburgh (May 2015), and the Italian Renaissance in Rome, Florence, Milan, and Venice (May 2016)

● I assist various professors in different capacities, mostly relating to their current academic work
● Recorded the responses of over 650 surveys for Dr. Yonk, a professor at Utah State University; using my spreadsheet, he will run a statistical model and cite the results in forthcoming business ethics research
● For Dr. Chris Surprenant of the University of New Orleans, I have created an index for one of his books and on several occasions have researched and compiled data on prison populations, specifically with regard to race, drug offenses, and sentence time
● Work is mainly within the realm of political science, philosophy, and economics

PROJECTS
What Effect Does Occupational Licensing Have on Minorities and Women in Utah? (8/16-4/17)
● Compiled data for over forty licensed professions in Utah, including fees associated with becoming licensed and testing requirements
● Wrote and proofread sections of the project’s literature review
● I presented this project at the Utah Academy of Sciences, Arts & Letters Annual Conference

Scholarship Recipient, Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange (CBYX) - Erfurt, Germany (8/17-6/18)
● One of 50 students from the American Southwest and one of 250 nationwide chosen to receive a highly competitive full scholarship to study in Germany for an academic year
● This scholarship is jointly funded by the US State Department and the German Bundestag
● I lived with a host family and attended a local German school
