Final Year Human Resource Mangement student
As a Bachelor of Commerce (HR) student the vital knowledge I have gained in the fieldsvof people management and human development in organisations as well as
accounting, taxation, economics, statistics and business management gives me an
advantage as these subjects are closely related to the field of Human resources and
payroll. Throughout my education, I’ve become equipped with the necessary knowledge that come with the position including recruitment, workforce organisation, training and compensation as well as legal provisions and other labour concerns. I envision myself practicing in the field consulting.
I am a hard-working individual with a love of sport and the outdoors. I am also an avid reader in the subjects of socio-economic issues. I have a passion for people and it is for this reason that I am the first netball team coach at Crawford College. I am currently employed as a student assistant in the student administration department of the EBIT faculty and assist in General administrative tasks at Pam Golding Properties Office.
I am currently employed at the following employers in order to fund my studies. I am
accordingly adept at handling high stress environments and effectively communicating
in a work environment.
