PROFILE
A dedicated filmmaker and script analyst with a wide variety of industry experience including writing, directing, and producing my own film in 2018. I also worked side-by-side with my editor getting the film perfected. I’ve worked as a screenwriter for Skrein Productions and independent producer, Andy Samarasena. I’ve worked as a production assistant on The Biggest Loser, Chrisley’s Court, and Pink City in Los Angeles. I’ve also worked as a 2nd AD on Voodoo Kitchen. I’m also a published author and creative writing teacher. I’ve worked as a professional screenwriter since 2011 and published a book of my students’ poetry in 2016 and a book of my own poetry in 2017. My poetry has been published in: Sow’s Ear Poetry Review, A! Magazine for the Arts, Sketches of Home, Ventura Arts Council’s Emerging Poets’ Series, Askew Poetry Journal, Spectrum, Aspen Daily News, Lavender Review, LA’s Cultural Weekly, and on the Los Angeles Poet Society’s website. My news and feature articles have appeared in The Acorn Newspapers of Simi Valley and Camarillo, The VCReporter and Dig In Magazine.
