DESIGN DIRECTOR: KLS Collection, New York 04/2016-10/2018
� Worked directly with the creative director to initiate concepts each season that are fashion driven and reflective of the creative vision and KLS aesthetic
� Designed, sketched, draped, and developed each collection from concept to commercialization hand off for women�s RTW, eveningwear, outerwear, knitwear and leather
� Fully managed staff in all aspects of the entire product design process to include market research, mood board creation, color palette creation, design, sketching both technical drawings and freeform renderings, specing and fitting
� Worked closely with the sales and merchandising team to create the matrix plan and review product assortment each season
� Traveled to trade shows to observe new trends and materials and presented the research to the team each season
� Created all design cards for first protos, approved technical packages and personally handed off each style to local factories
� Maintained daily communication with factories to track developments, anticipated and helped resolve issues, and maintained a steady workflow to all factories
� Bought all fabrics and raw materials and approved all lab dips, trims, prints, embellishment/embroidery layouts, labeling and packaging
� Lead all development fittings to ensure pattern execution was of the highest quality and accurately represented the vision of the design
� Managed seasonal time and action calendars and design budget
� Lead concept development and creation for all photoshoots, video campaigns, look books, editorial shoots, fashion shows, presentations and private events to enhance the brand and inspire customers
� Upheld design integrity, high quality execution, and timeliness throughout the entire development process from concept through commercialization

DESIGNER & CREATIVE DRAPER: Zac Posen Collection, New York 09/2014-04/2016
� Partnered with design directors to introduce the luxury RTW collections from conception through commercialization hand-off
� Sketched, draped and pattern drafted new concepts from inspiration, vintage garments, existing bodies and archived garments while keeping in mind the Zac Posen aesthetic
� Collaborated with design team to create inspiration boards, fabric manipulations, and half drapes to present to the VP of Sales and Mr. Posen
� Designed and created embellishment layouts and engineered all artwork on patterns
� Worked with overseas factories to develop embellishments and knitwear designs
� Managed workflow in the atelier and provided direction and leadership to my assigned sewer to ensure all samples were made correctly and accurately
� Lead development fit sessions on a live model and worked with the design director to achieve design aesthetic

� Worked directly with Mr. Vaccarello in developing samples for runway shows, private clients, and celebrities with a focus on dressmaking and tailoring
� Researched the market and presented storyboards to Mr. Vaccarello including: sketches, colors, fabrics, drapes, themes and inspiration
� Worked with a variety of fabrics including soft and hard wovens, cut and sew knits, full fashion knits, outerwear, tech fabrics and skins/furs and created all embellishment layouts on patterns
� Attended trade shows and vintage shows for inspiration, trends and styles
