� Organize campus-wide programming that highlights diversity, gender and identity exploration for more than 300 first year LGBT attendees.
� Foster a community centered around inclusivity, respect, and diversity by holding weekly community meetings and provide academic resources and support to 30 students.
� Handle sensitive information that is reported to an RSSP supervisor and the university.
� Support over 800 residents with emergencies ranging from conflicts to academic probation or alcohol poisoning.
