ME CAD and Analysis of Dynamic Motion and Stress Binghamton University ME 381: Computer Aided Engineering Final Project Fall 2018 • Created parts of a landing gear from detailed design drawings using PTC Creo 5.0 software • Assembled these parts in Creo 5.0 with the addition of constraints to create a dynamic assembly • Used Creo Mechanism to analyze reaction forces at connection points which was verified via 4-bar linkage analysis • Used ANSYS APDL 19.1 software to perform Finite Element Analysis to find out the stresses and safety of each pin.
Conceptual Design Project Binghamton University WTSN 104: Engineering Communications Spring 2017 • Collaborated in a team of eight to conceptually design and construct a building that extracts renewable energy from waves aimed at enhancing safety for cyclists by implementing lighting • Utilized design processes and techniques such as Pugh and Pahl and Beitz evaluation matrices to determine the best design solution • Presented project and final design at the Watson Arduino Exposition to professors and peers and won awards for top product design
