I am currently 20 years of age, living in aurora CO returning from Los Angeles CA. My ethnicity is native American and as of right now my main focus is on work and school. I�m previously student from the University Of Houston and would like to go back to major in journalism. I am an outgoing person that always see�s the glass half full and I am extremely reliable and work oriented.

In this company all my duties were operated from a computer and phone; such as, making outbound phone calls to new and frequent customers. Usually, telling them about upcoming elections, giving free surveys, and information about items we had in stock and new items we were releasing. I also worked on power point and Microsoft while using the computer to make scripts and talk to customers.

There were a mixture of different duties I had here, One being I greeted every customer and made sure they were comfortable in the hotel before even checking in. I also handled paperwork such as daily reports and drops for money from the register, including hospitality charts and room checks; making sure the rooms were satisfactory and that our service was up to their standards.

I usually just answered her phone, booked appointments with clients and potential business partners, filed all the information in her computer, helped with the logo and picked up important documents and products. I would also help set up promotion parties and sometimes I would go with her to meetings and take notes. Or I�d chat up new people and get them interested in the Facile Product line.

At this job I moved up in the company very fast. I went from a trainee to a crew member, to a trainer and the finally a shift manager all in a very short time. I�ve worked in fast food before but this was a bit different, my duties were a bit easier I�d say. I�d sign for the fruit shipments every morning, instead of closing I opened the store every morning with the crew. I supervised the front and helped new crew members. Sometimes I�d get in the blending chamber and make some fruit bowls. But usually I�d be in the back counting produce and putting it into the computer log.

Although I wasn�t able to graduate from here I did attend a couple classes and I did accomplish a couple goals I set for myself, I do intend to go back to school I probably will not return to this one.

I graduated here with a 3.7 GPA, I was granted a writing award for an essay I wrote about how todays music effects society. My coursework was fairly easy, usual high school class work, trigonometry, world history, physics, Microsoft word/power point computer classes etc.

Id offer tutoring services and help the librarian organize the books. In the times I wasn�t working I�d always volunteer for this small group that helped people on the street get free STD/HIV testing and offer them programs to help find shelters and services for food.
