An elected position that I was voted into by my peers. I coordinate providing feedback on our courses back to the department heads and am a representative of the department for the rest of the school. This provides me with a lot more contact hours with my professors and builds my creative solution skills as I try to resolve my peers issues within the course.
Szentek Sponsorship Team University of St Andrews 2018-19
Finding sponsors for a non-profit, semi-annual event at the University of St Andrews. Have worked with businesses like: combino co, Tesco and Cass Art. Support for our event have ranged from significant monetary donations to the donation of supplies that we can use at the event. All of the sponsorship that we receive allows us to lower our expenditures, resulting in a larger profit. For our 2018 event Szentek donated �15,000 to the UK charity, Variety, due to the help from our sponsors.
Balsam Farms LLC Amagansett, NY 1 July- 5 September 2018
Paid employee at Balsam Farms� main farm stand. With the farm�s multiple field and vending locations, my duties involved coordinating deliveries, receiving fresh produce, and sending off the packaged product to our other store locations. These duties were all fulfilled with the expectation of the amount and aesthetic of the stock being maintained at the stand. This job enhanced my understanding of the dynamics of running a small business during the peak months in a seasonal community.
Fairfield Farm The Hotchkiss School 2015-17
Working at Fairfield Farms learning about harvesting and sustainable land management. Sent all crop to my high school�s dining hall.
Human Development Teacher�s Assistant The Hotchkiss School 2016-17
Helping to teach Human Development to sophomores at Hotchkiss during my senior year. I achieved one of ten positions available after a competitive application process.
