KENNEL CARE, Parrish Creek Veterinary Clinic
Assisted the veterinarians and vet techs with a variety of tasks and procedures. Maintained a clean work environment for the vet office by cleaning rooms, doing laundry, and mopping the floors. Helped prep and clean rooms for surgery as well as observed an array of operations. Gained experience in restraining a variety of animals with many different behaviors.

MAY 2018 – AUGUST 2018
ACM (ANIMAL CARE MANAGER), CODDLED CRITTERS PET RESORT AND SPAW
Observed dog behavior and kept a safe and clean environment for dogs. Managed employees and behind the scene operations. Managed time so that everything could get done in an efficient manner. Handled transitions and worked with customers over the counter and on the phone.

MAY 2019 – AUGUST 2019
GENERAL STAFF, ROCKIN’ R RANCH
Preformed maintenance work such as painting fences and fixing sprinkler systems. Cleaned and did laundry for all 40 guest rooms. Worked in the kitchen prepping meals and cleaning dishes. Fed and worked with the ranch’s livestock. Ran the front desk taking calls and provided help and information for the guests. Nannied the ranch owners’ children. Entertained at campfires and ran the ranch activities such as kids’ crafts, tubing, archery, lawn games and pony rides. Helped guest enjoy themselves and helped create fun family memories.

HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA, VIEWMONT HIGH SCHOOL
GPA of 3.4. Took an extensive variety of classes including technical classes such as AP photography, sewing, and accounting. Graduated with an honor cord for Citizenship.
AUGUST 2017- PRESENT
VETERINARY SCIENCE EQUINE EMPHASIS, UTAH STATE UNIVERSITY
Currently pursuing this degree. Taken classes such as Equine Production and Animal Science that have given multiple opportunities for hands-on learning with animals. Also taken many humanities courses on subjects such as western civilizations, history, theatre, and literature.

ACTIVITIES
Spent 3 years as a member of the Davis County 4-H program, worked as the 4-H County Ambassador, 4-H Club Vice President and President. I enjoyed organizing shows and events and conducting club and county meetings. I love spending time with animals and also talented in the arts and musical performance.
