To whom this may concern. My name is Elizabeth Hernandez- Vargas. I have a wide range of experience ranging from retail specialist to customer care. In most recent years, I have been working on my customer service skills over the phone assisting others. In the past, I have worked as a host, assisted customers while shopping and at checkout in JcPennys. Currently I am a college student working on achieving my associate degree in communications with hopes of becoming a journalist. One of my passions and favorite pass time is photography. Cameras have been a part of my whole life. Last summer, I started to spend more time with my camera trying to venture though different styles, trying to see how creative I can get. Although this position is unlike any job, I have ever had I know if given the opportunity it is something I can excel in. I am excellent at self-management, a skill that is used currently at work and at school. When it comes to learning new tasks, I like to practice until I have successfully mastered it. Currently my roll at Apollo is working as a Customer care representative. I assist potential patients who
are interested in the Orbera Intragastric balloon. In this 5-person team, we reach out to people who
have submitted an online request for information. Once we have made contact with them, we answer
questions and assist with connecting to local practices. I also currently help with product complaint
intake for Apollo. If any complaints come in via email, fax or over the phone, we must document it
within 48 hours. For a short while we also assisted with order intake from hospitals in October of 2018.

April 2016 to May 2017
Clients are assisted by phone with any questions or concerns. I kindly provide important information, if
needed, to the caller. The position, enrollment broker, assists customers when needing to enroll in to a
program by helping select a medical or dental plan and a doctor.

August 2014 to April 2016
I assisted costumers if they need help or have any questions. I also worked the registers, clean out
the fitting rooms and make sure the sales floor is neat. I also helped my supervisor with projects,
bringing new merchandise to the sales floor and finding a place for new stock. Job's over five years
ago Although my most recent employers show mostly in office customer service jobs, I have had food
service, theater and in store retail jobs too. Those roles consisted on in person customer interactions
along with working cashier, concession and cleaning theaters. I choose not to include these individual
employers into my resume because they were quite some time ago and managers have left within
that time and the theater, I worked in was demolished. Feel free to ask about these employments if
necessary, I will happily inform of duties and my experience there.
