Vital-People
Recruitment Administrator + Social Media Assistant
March 2016- September 2016
Vital-people are one of the leading industrial recruitment agencies in the north west. I began as a Recruitment Administrator and quickly promoted into a Recruitment Resourcer role during the six month period. My main duties and responsibilities consisted of:
• Organising, updating and maintaining filing systems for the department including electronic and paper files
• Ensuring the team has easy to access information and resources to run an effective service to members and where appropriate develop and implement new systems and procedures to enhance the day-to-day running of the department.
• Dealing with incoming telephone calls and email enquiries to the team, assisting as appropriate to ensure that enquiries receive a response from an appropriate member of the team, some of which may be of a sensitive/confidential nature.
• Managing and updating document templates, ensuring compliance with Vital-People brand guidelines
• Update and maintain the team’s content on the Vital-People website, including posting of recruitment adverts, making changes as directed and referring any maintenance issues to IT support as appropriate.
• Playing a key role in the resourcing process, in charge of all Vital People’s accounts on job sites to advertise job listings, managed all social media platforms, called relevant candidates screening them for specific roles and most importantly, I was involved in the interviewing process too before handing their application to the team leader of specific roles.
• When Team Leaders were on holiday I would take over their relationship with clients making sure that candidates put forward were successful.
• Playing a key role in Vital-people’s payroll, from checking the compliance of ID to processing new starters.
