Front Desk Receptionist duties include:
• Enrolling and assisting new clients
• Calculating and processing payments
• Multitasking between phone calls, paperwork and clients
• Assisting managers
• Organize new schedules
• Manage membership accounts receivable
• Greet new clients and give tours
• Handle customer and employee complaints and resolve them
• Print out schedules and address any issues within the days schedule
• Acclimate new hires through orientation and structured training process.

• Advised upper management on implementing new software program to improve overall efficiency for employees and clients
Deck Manager Duties includes:
• Ensure that shifts run smoothly, and instructors are keeping students safe in their classes

• Oversee up to 15 instructors within a shift
• Manage emergencies and issue first aid
• Manage urgent last minute changes to staffing to ensure a smooth transition for clients

• Teach students with little or no water experience, fear of water, and/or special needs
• Teach students with different skill levels within one class
• Communicate with students who cannot speak English
• Communicate with parents child’s progression and how to teach water safety at home
Pool Party Host duties include:
• Act as lead coach in and out of the water
• Set up and decorate party room
• Help family unload and set up
• Communicate party agenda to family and sign guest families in for party
• Get kids excited to swim and play games
• Keep kids safe in the water while playing games
• Help family in party room pass out food, presents and keep kids entertained
-Clean entire facility every night; vacuum, mop, disinfect etc.
