Education Assistant
Designed and presented arts programming to encourage teen and family engagement within the Seattle Art Museum. Promoted greater arts literacy and access for Seattle youth.
• Acted as liaison between museum and off-site programs to ensure clear communication and program support.
• Curated safe spaces for judgement free self-expression, art creation and discussion for youth (aged 5-16).

STONE SOUP THEATER - Seattle, WA
Education Assistant
Spurred the creativity of young performers (4-14 years) over week-long camps through use of improv and acting exercises. Ended each week with the performance of a short play starring our campers.

Freelance Stage Manager – Various Cities

Scenic Associate
Created visual renderings to aid in the presentation of playwrights’ visions for their plays. Researched the mood, history, and locations of plays and their influences to design unique theoretical stage sets.
• Designed renderings of stage sets using Photoshop.
• Shopped for and built props and scenic pieces used for staged readings, adhering to a small budget.

UNIVERSITY PRODUCTIONS, Ann Arbor, MI
Production Assistant
Designed schedules for department auditions. Crafted itineraries planned meetings with local departments, and acted as guide for guest directors and designers. Hung, focused, and maintained lighting fixtures for stage productions and school events.
• Managed large-scale university events, including graduations, ensuring the proper timing and location of speakers’ entrances, musical performances, and scenery movements.

Crafted and built props and scenery for a fast-paced 8-show summer season. Designed scenery for children’s shows.
