As noted on my resume, I am highly skilled in performing all kinds of managerial and secretarial tasks for the supervisory and managerial positions. In addition, I am well versed in greeting customers, typing cover letters, taking minutes of meetings and replying phone calls and emails. As required, I also have a demonstrated ability to assist the attorney with completing and editing documents, categorizing and handling transaction “closings” and document productions for litigation. My detail orientated nature enables me to locate errors and correct promptly.
Most importantly, I am a professional communicator, deadline oriented, familiar with legal terminology and several different areas of civil law such as; Housing, Landlord/Tenant, Pro Se Custody and Divorce, Expunctions, Domestic Violence, Exemptions and Small Claims and Small Claims appeals. I am also skilled in using Microsoft Office applications. Besides regular tasks, I am also competent in using all kinds of office equipment such as copy machine, fax and telephone.
My salary requirement is in the $30,000 - $50,000 range as I do have an AAS in Paralegal Studies and am certified with the NC State Bar Association, I am also a Notary Public for the state of North Carolina and I have a BS Degree in Criminal Justice. However, my salary is negotiable based on the overall compensation package.
