� Continuous Open Recruitment Chair-(January-December 2017) Responsible for planning and executing events throughout the entire year to recruit potential new members so as to reach the number of members required by the Panhellenic Council.
� Head of Risk Management Committee-(January-December 2016) Ensures the policies and procedures of Alpha Delta Pi as well as campus, local, state, and federal laws are followed to minimize the risk of negative consequences as a result of chapter or individual member�s actions. Reviews every event planned by the sorority to ensure safety of the chapter. Manages the Risk Management Committee consisting of 5 officers.
� Philanthropy Chair-(January-December 2015) Works to plan and direct the chapter�s philanthropy programs and major events for over 1000 people to raise money for Ronald McDonald House Charities. Coordinates service activities for the chapter on campus and in the community. Educates and motivates the chapter regarding service as a way of life.
� Recruitment Chair-(August 2015-September 2018) Works to design the layout of each day of formal recruitment including d�cor, equipment, seating charts, and songs to maximize recruitment of new members into the sorority. Train chapter members how to recruit effectively with conversation workshops and song workshops. Execute recruitment plan during Formal Recruitment.
� Risk Management Committee Member-(January 2015-May 2018) Responsible for attending regular meetings to create a plan to ensure that all events conducted by the chapter meet all chapter policies and procedures, as well as campus, local, state, and federal laws, to minimize the risk of negative consequences. Monitor each even to ensure plan is followed.
