Experience

Bon Apptit at Whitman College
I worked part time while at school during my first year of college. There, I served various types of food to my classmates, such as pizza, salads, ramen, and burgers, and helped to keep the workplace as a whole clean. When working there, I practiced listening skills, food handling safety, and developed the ability to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Managing a Small Ebay Seller Account
I currently own an ebay account where I have been selling second-hand items for about a year and a half now. By doing so Ive learned the following: How to develop marketing strategies in efforts to better sell my items, resolve any questions or concerns my customers bring to my attention, and find solutions for issues that are fair to each customer.

DaVinci Camp Summer Institute
For three weeks in the summer of 2019, I worked as a teachers assistant and instructor of how to solve a Rubiks Cube for the DaVinci Camp Summer Institute at Caltech, a program designed to enhance participants abilities in math, the arts, and the sciences. I taught students ages 11 to 14, and through doing so exercised my patience and my ability to teach others how to perform complicated tasks.
