Director of Operations

Nicole Roach

I have been working with animals my entire life from growing up on a farm, to volunteering at my local shelter, and going on to adopt a few of my own fur-babies. I'm an advocate for animals rights and I understand the importance of the adoption process. My dog suffers from severe separation anxiety after being abandoned at a shelter and I fear what would have happened to him had I not came along at the right time. With my deep love for animals and my vast customer service/management experience, I know I would have an extreme passion in the role of Director. I have included my resume below and I am so excited for this opportunity. Thank you for your time.

EXPERIENCE
MULTIPLE TITLES• ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR • MAY 2016-PRESENT
I started with Enterprise as an Intern and worked my way to Marketing Ambassador for their Carshare program and grew that business at our college campus 108% by strategically implementing a developed plan. In 2017 I promoted to Management Assistant and again in 2018 to Branch Manager of my own location. As manager I was responsible for managing our fleet, employees, and marketing plans. The fleet grew from 50 to 120 in my year and a half as manager. I demoted myself to move with my husband from WV to MT but I still hold many of the same responsibilities with the current position as Management Assistant
.
