-Responsible for Design direction for multiple categories. Scope of work includes mood boards, working with clients in person, to final product.

-Creating a photo studio remotely from China, and photography direction. Buying props and sending to China. Managing in house photo team, with deadlines regarding, photo shoots, styling direction, and packaging/insert direction.

-Travel to China every other month, sourcing new fabrics, working with factories on innovation. Bringing to customers evolution of fabrics and trims into full collections.

-Creating in house website from beginning to buying platform. ------------/

-Developing licensed brands such as Jessica Simpson, Vera Bradley, Trina Turk, Justina Blakeney. Tasks Include creation of mood boards and concepts gathered from Pinterest, shopping the market. Trend and palette analysis. Creating final product into full market samples.

-Design Partner with Pillow Fort and Opal house for Target. One on one collaboration with Target's internal design team.

-Lead inspirational direction with 11 in house designers with tasking high turn around presentations to retailers such as Bed bath and Beyond, Kohls, Target, Walmart, Macy's, JCPenny, Cracker Barrel, Bon Ton, Dillards, Big Lots, Steinmart, Tuesday Morning.

-Conceptualizing and designing Girls, Boys and nursery collections. Setting mood boards and trend for season with imagery from Pinterest.

·Managing timelines and due dates with vendors with daily communication on development with overseas factories in Germany, Turkey, Portugal, Italy, India and China.

-Pitched original idea for RHteen concept to upper management (see video)

·Formed brand from scratch, creating the personalities based off market studies and gathering imagery from Pinterest.

·Created color palette for Boy and Girl, for the entire book.

·Set mood boards and general direction of each personality

·Worked daily with vendors to create product with thin a 6 month development cycle.

·Brainstormed with Head design room manager new crib assortments, with tear sheets. Building mood boards to create new collections, which includes top of bed, blanket accessories, quilts for both girl and boy categories.
