In the five years with On Center Software, I excelled at both the role of New Sales Account Representative, which I held for the first 3 years, and then as my most recent role as a Customer Success Manager, which involved retaining current clients and selling deeper and more firmly into the account, both which I excelled at. This industry is one that does not evolve quickly or embrace change. My job was to make sure I understood the prospect’s or client’s true objective, and then demonstrate the return of investment to showcase the value of our products (estimating software for the construction vertical). My track record speaks for itself as I was the leader in new business sales year over year, and I also claimed the title as Top Producer in my role as Customer Success Manager when I moved to maintaining existing accounts.
