Work Experience:

Bike Florida - December 2017-April 2019 (contracted from November 2016-December 2017)

Tours Director

Responsible for designing and directing bicycle tours throughout the state of Florida for between 15-600 people.
Responsible for creating budgets and dealing with contractors to effectively meet those budgets.
Conducted area visits for potential tour locations, met and worked closely with local tourism boards and chambers of commerce.
Coordinated large volunteer groups as well as employees and contractors to meet the high level of service expected by Bike Florida and their clients.
Created a new line of off road tours targeted towards a younger demographic. These tours were very successful and began to move Bike Florida in a new direction.
