- Designed and implemented program curriculum to teach performing arts, cross-cultural understanding, leadership, conflict resolution, team-building, and social activism to teenagers ages 13-19.
- Responsible for the direction of 100 people in a non-profit organization
- Produced and directed 6 original musical theater productions, with casts of up to 80 youth, based on their lives and vision for change
- Designed and led weekly acting workshops based on improvisation and role playing
- Responsible for maintaining current and pursuing new community partnerships for the organization
- Facilitated weekly workshops on non-violent conflict resolution, cross-cultural understanding, leadership skills, educational attainment, team building and social issues such as racism, classism, heterosexism, homophobia and gender roles within society
