• Comeback Kid Campaign: Reviewed former patient stories to determine who we should utilize in our new advertising campaign (TV, print, social media). Created a slogan for the featured talent in one of several TV spots to influence our audience to view our website and read her story. Wrote and edited other patient stories for our employee newsletter, keeping hospital staff aware of our outside marketing efforts.
• U.S News: Designed new creative for the hospital LCD monitors. Reviewed the webpages for the nine specialties that were ranked. Reviewed and edited messaging to hospital leadership announcing our rankings, and did comparative reporting as to where we ranked versus other hospitals in New York/New England.
• Pediatric Spine Program: Edited Neurosurgery and Neuroscience marketing materials, designed and created new LCD messaging to hospital staff announcing the program, and created a webpage for the program.
Cooperative Funeral Fund, Inc.
• I filed and answered phones, while also assisting in any little projects co-workers needed help with.
• Switched the company from a paper system to a majority digital.
