AP Black Dymond Enterprises (Remote Call Agent) 2019-Present

Duties include assisting customers with their needs via a remote call work station with new and existing orders, cancelling, updating information, and shipping as needed using the resources provided to me. Mandatory and new training is kept up to date via “huddles” in an online environment, as well as routinely reading updated policies and procedures through the knowledge base.

GameStop (Assistant Store Leader): 2011-2014, 2018-2019
Duties included opening and closing the store, handling cash deposits and logs for accuracy, hiring and training new team hires, overseeing payroll and sales goals for the store, communicating with my team to ensure store was up to date regarding policies and marketing, coaching and course correcting my team’s behaviors as needed, and assisting the Store Leader in any other fields.

AlliedBarton (Shift Supervisor): 2016 – 2016

Duties included leading my team during 3rd shift to ensure the client’s site was secure and safe, recording all activities in a daily log, monitoring CCTV and key cards for the property, training my team on updated policies and those new to my shift, logging and recording all visitors/workers to the site, and acting as the liaison to the property manager regarding all activities on the site.

U.S Navy (E-3/Seaman): 2016 - 2017
Duties included acting as the lead for my section of the division, learning skills required to perform my duties, and keeping up to date on all training pertinent to my job.
