Experience:
Advising and Counseling work-study November 2018- June 2019
Sign students in to speak to counselors and assist them in coordinating semester schedules, change majors, and new student registration. I discuss student issues and assist them in resolving conflicts and/or situations verbally or online.
Dunkin Donuts March 2018-September 2018
Cashier and responsibilities such as taking food and drink orders, greeting customers, and completing transactions. Cleaned counter and work stations, restocked cups, brewed and ground coffee, and assisted bakers.
Tropical Smoothie Cafe April 2018-August 2018
Made traditional and specialty smoothies for customers, register and cashier duties, and cleaning duties during and towards the end of shift.
Wrights Dairy Farm and Bakery April 2016- March 2018
Worked sales counter in bakery front and sales in cake shop. Boxed pastry and took cake orders in person and over the phone. Presented finished wedding and birthday cakes to customers in cake shop. Register duties included ringing in sales and breaking down and counting drawer at the end of day/night shifts.
