WORK EXPERIENCE
SOCIAL SCIENCE RESEARCH CENTER, Fullerton, CA
Research Assistant, Feb 2019 – Jun 2019
• My role as a research assistant includes implementing the research study to participants, administrative duties around the office and minor data cleanup and analysis, which I aim to expand upon through future research positions. While this job has granted me a satisfactory starting point into the field of research, I would like to further develop these skills with a more in-depth research assignment.

BEHAVIOR FRONTIERS, Los Angeles, CA
Behavior Interventionist, May 2016 – Nov 2018
• In this position, I provided one-on-one therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder. I was tasked with teaching children important life skills, building rapport with both the children and their parents, and managing problem behaviors, all while recording accurate data. To reach these goals, I recorded data daily on various aspects. This recorded data included the appearance of problem behaviors, the success/failure of every trial of each child's programs, and daily summaries for the benefit of incoming behavior interventionists. This data would then be analyzed by the team, where decisions were made on the maintenance and/or removal of existing programs and the introduction of new programs. Each program had certain progression points, where programs would evolve until the prospective "end goal" was reached.

CIRCLE K, Laguna Niguel, CA
Assistant Manager, Jun 2013 – May 2016
• In my time with this company, I worked both daytime and graveyard shifts. I became accustomed to shifting my day/night cycle so that I can remain awake and alert during the late night and early morning hours. I was entrusted with keeping the store maintained, handling the cash register, and managing customers. Moreover, I was often tasked with managing the store on my own.

SAFE FAMILIES FOR CHILDREN, Santa Ana, CA
Intern, Sep 2015 – Nov 2015
• For this internship, I worked for Safe Families for Children, an organization within Olive Crest. Safe Families' mission is helping children in families that are going through difficult times. They recruit volunteers that care for these children temporarily until the biological family requests the child back. I was tasked with various office and field projects. These tasks comprised of calling and speaking on the phone with families that have shown interest in Safe Families and recording relevant information, as well as producing spread sheets of information pertaining to the at-risk families that requested the company's aid. We would then analyze all of this data to determine which at-risk family would be paired with the volunteer families, based on location and availability. Furthermore, I shadowed various colleagues as they met with both potential and existing volunteer and at-risk families.

RITE AID, Laguna Niguel, CA
Customer Service Representative, May 2011 – Dec 2012
• I received field training and was expected to learn about the company, shift duties, product placement, and ways to resolve customer disputes quickly. I was successful, as I learned how to handle multiple tasks at once and how to juggle school and work efficiently. As one of the more active team members, I was also able to take care of duties quickly, yet correctly.
