• Responsible for 100% inspection of all incoming raw materials and recording in Vision
• Responsible for completing basic quality control checks for all production finished products, formula
alignments, issuing final QC reports, and recording results in “Vision”
• Defect analysis: microscopic evaluation and work with external testing services to have in depth
analysis completed such as IR evaluations
• Original equipment manufacturer specific testing (APOPs, PPAPS, DVm, etc)
• Generated environmental data sheets using EPA data that include VOCs, HAPS, & SARA data
• Created database of certificate of analysis of incoming raw materials and SDS’s
• Completed over 200 lab orders and color matched over 300 colors for customers
• Responsible for product scale-up/first-time batches and resolution processing issues faced by
manufacturing and/or quality
• Spearheaded quality department with investigation of customer complaints and subsequent
generation of corrective actions (fish eye, pin holes, sagging, mettling, metamerisms, film builds,
adhesion issues, etc.)
