Responsibilities:
• Scan documents into computer each morning and double check each stack before moving on to make sure all page was copied into the computer.
• Sort mail once it comes into the office and put each piece of mail in the correct slot.
• Scan in FedEx and UPS and put the number of the floor it belongs to and put it into the cart for delivery with the mail.
• Deliver mail at 10:30 am and 2 pm daily to each floor and make sure to pick up any outgoing mail that is in the baskets
• Sort mail and put through the machine to be stamped, so it can be mailed, then take other papers and put in the folding machine to help you fold and put in an envelope so you can stamp them and send out to be mailed too.

Responsibilities:
• Answer phones to make or cancel appointments.
• Greeting patients as they come in for their hearing appointment and give file to the audiologist so she can give them their hearing test.
• Document their file on the computer once the test is done and schedule a follow-up appointment as needed.
• File the patients chart back in the proper order once documentation is completed.
• Make calls from older files to see if patient wants to come in for a free hearing test or to see if they are still alive and document the file and place in correct area.
