My first position at Suddenlink was in Account Services answering in-bound customer calls to service and acquire new residential customers and to identify additional Suddenlink Communications products and services for existing customers by maximizing sales and service opportunities. I was promoted to I-Care Specialist in 2014. I-Care Specialists are hand-picked from within. The expectations were high, so communication, grammar, typing, and psychological tests were performed over the course of a week or two, when the manager of this department made his selection. There were only a team of 25 specialists that handled all regions across the U.S. and we took 3 chats at a time, which included billing, technical support, sales, and corporate feedback via email.
