Objective:

• Owner & operator of virtual office providing services to the following clients on a seasonal basis after becoming certified through coursework: TurboTax, Carnival Cruise Lines, and Victoria Secret.
• TurboTax: offered customer service and technical support to incoming calls. Carnival Cruise Lines: provided quotes and sales directly to incoming calls from travel agents. Victoria Secret: supported incoming callers with all assistance whether it be placing an order, tracking an order, or replacing an order.
Purchasing, Catering & Service Manager March 2017- August 2017

• Responsible for completing bi-weekly inventory audit, forecasting sales, preparing reports, and processing cost analysts. Prepared inventory replenishment orders and confirmed accuracy of order once received.
• Managed catering department by taking orders, providing quotes and menu suggestions specific for the occasion, and ensured proper preparation, timely delivery, and invoicing of such.
