PROFILE I’m a professional on Culinary Management having more than five years of experience on food and beverages service for events and touristic operations. I am currently studying a Master's degree program on International Tourism Management at OSTELEA School of Tourism and Hospitality in Spain in online mode. My main job objective is to obtain the necessary knowledge about how an institution works and to understand its processes to get the most out of these.

Ferrocarriles del Ecuador Public Company - Cost Analyst September 2015 - March 2019 • Design and elaboration of costing of touristic products. • Groundwork and update the technical product sheets of the different touristic routes of Tren Ecuador. • Calculation of amounts of touristic services to be contracted for the groundwork of the Marketing Management annual budget. • In charge of the supply process for food and beverages, cleaning supplies and household goods for the touristic products Tren Crucero and Tren Expedición at national level. • Negotiation of touristic services fees to contract with public, private and community providers at national level. • Preparation of enabling documentation for payments to tourism service providers of Tren Ecuador routes. • Development of standard recipes to determine the retail price of food and beverages sold on board the cafeterias of Tren Ecuador convoys. • Quality control in the services provided to Tren Ecuador by private and community providers, in order to identify weaknesses in them and apply improvements or changes in services. • Identification of shortcomings in the service or comfort on board the Train Ecuador convoys and implementation of improvements to solve these shortcomings. • Monthly development of consolidated customer satisfaction indexes on all Tren Ecuador routes nationwide. • Planning and development of special activities for festivities aboard the Tren Ecuador touristic products in coordination with the managers of the subsidiaries and the different units of Ferrocarriles del Ecuador.

Ferrocarriles del Ecuador Public Company - Deputy Manager of Marketing and Tourist Products (In charge) May 2018 - June 2018 • Authorization of payments of services provided by community and private providers of Tren Crucero and Tren Ecuador routes with their respective enabling documents. • Efforts were made jointly with the Planning Management of Ferrocarriles del Ecuador to achieve a budget readjustment of USD 203,000 in favor of the Marketing and Touristic Products Submanagement in order to use them in the different efforts made by this unit and comply with its Annual Operating Plan for 2018.
• Preparation of commercial proposals requested by the Sales and Customer Service Submanagement or by corporate clients in order to capture potential sales of future outlets, in coordination with the Logistics, Costs and Touristic Products and Marketing departments.
