Mission Statement
With a focus on Vinyasa strengthening and alignment techniques, I intend for each practice to encourage other bodies to take risks, make self realizations, and discover the innate pleasure of movement.

• Introduces themes including groundedness, expansion, breath work, gratitude, creating space, and release
Winter Corporate Yoga Instructor January 2017 and 2018

• Taught weekly winter break yoga classes to corporate workers who possessed no prior yoga experience

• Guided focus group discussions to critique how ballet pedagogy can be more inclusive in higher institutions, culminating in a thesis to be used at the 21st Annual Teachers Conference of the CORPS de Ballet International Inc.
