I worked weekends as a server at naggiar for just ynder a year, duties imcluded patio preperation, preperation of 3 gallon water containers and restrooms, service of food from bistro and closing duties for patio and kitchen. The remainder of my time with naggiar consisted of the same and kitchen service (i.e. cooking food) and food preperation.
La Gastronomia Mar 2016 - June 2017 La Gastronomia, Grass Valley
La Gastronomia is an Italian deli and the owners are husband and wife from Venice, Italy. I would greet customers as they walked in and helped them decide on sandwiches thru taste tests from the deli case. I learned a lot about traditional dishes as well as meats and cheeses imported from Italy and how to cut thin and full of flavor.
