Internal Communications Manager - TATA Group
Responsible for developing the full spectrum of internal communication solutions for the organization by managing the development, editorial, design and production of a broad range of internal communications and key stakeholder communications projects/assignments and employee engagement campaign initiatives.
• Strategizing, developing content and creating the visual design for various audiences in diverse functions using multiple communication channels such as Intranet, Emails, Posters, Banners, Town halls, Road Shows, etc.
• Play a vital role in creating and sustaining brands for internal stakeholders - Conceptualizing themes Visualizing + Designing communication.
• Establishing an Internal Communications strategy for change management projects in conjunction
with senior management.
• Implementing Communication strategies for staff and management for India and International associates.
• Partnering with local communication representatives to understand trends and collate local press stories to showcase on the Intranet.
• Working closely with the Marketing Communications and Digital Teams to advise and consult with them to customize and communicate corporate news internally.

Global Communications Advisor, Shell Account
• As Global Brand Guardian at the Shell Communication Checkpoint, I work with a variety of the world’s top design and advertising agencies to ensure that they each produce consistent and ‘on brand’ communications that reflect Shell's core values.
• My job involves partnering with a variety of teams across Shell to monitor all materials created and ensure innovative and effective communications for Shell.
• It covers all ATL/BTL and internal communication, film and video and large-scale exhibition materials and involves liaising with global submitters to ensure communications materials are created within the parameters of the Shell Visual Identity and Communications policy, ensuring a strong and consistent global brand identity.
• It also involves reporting on and analyzing communications with the aim of recognizing trends on a global and regional level, demonstrating the effectiveness of Shell’s Visual Identity program and exponentially increasing the brand value.
• It aids Shell Brands International in monitoring Shell Communications globally and helps us reach out to teams in trouble to provide additional assistance or training that is needed.
Senior Visualizer & Creative Designer
• As a senior Visualizer and a Designer, I was responsible for helping clients achieve the objective of communication campaigns.
• Designing the communication strategy to achieve business objective backed by measurable results.
• Ideate, conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns to meet those objectives for different digital and print channels – website, social media, email marketing, media channels, magazines, newspapers, etc.
• Guiding the team of junior designers (art, copy, and tech) to come up with solutions within timelines
• Understand the brand proposition and create a unique visual identity for the brand on digital and other platforms.
• Own the visual experience of the brand across all digital and print channels.
• Understand the communication and marketing objectives and how the visual brand identity can contribute to them.
Content Syndication and Creative Designer
• As a team member of the Content Syndication at Digit9.0, I worked on video sharing platforms like YouTube, Dailymotion, etc.
• I closely worked with well-known clients like UTV motion pictures, Tips Films, Warner Brothers, etc, executing digital marketing concepts and strategies and making performance reports for their upcoming movies.
• Handled and maintained YouTube channels, designed YouTube and Dailymotion skins as per the ongoing projects and also ran activities and contest related to the same.
• My role also involved generating weekly-monthly reports and stats for the related projects for the client.
• With content syndication, social media websites and broadband websites, I have grasped 360-degree knowledge of the digital media marketing suited for leading industries
