During my planned transition to the Raleigh area I worked as a consultant providing marketing, business development, training and mentoring services in the home health care industry from April – August 2018.
Account Executive May 2017 – October 2017
Medi-Home Health & Hospice – Manassas,Virginia
• Increased the number of monthly referrals by over 50% by developing key relationships with Case Managers, Discharge Planners, Social Workers, Directors of Nursing and other health professionals at Hospitals, Skilled Nursing, and Assisted Living facilities, and Physician offices.
• Through personal marketing efforts across four counties, generated five new referral partnerships who previously were not referring patients to the company.
• Was nominated and served as Co-Chair of special Coalition formed at Fauquier Hospital in Warrenton, VA to reduce hospital readmissions. Provided input and assistance to leadership of the Coalition with meeting development, facilitation and recording of minutes.
• Led a sub-committee of the Coaltion tasked with the development of a services and resources guide for physicians and staff to utilize with patients visiting the Emergency Room.
• Selected and served as Co-Chair of Aging Together, a non-profit organization serving the needs of seniors across five counties with education, information, and resources. Assisted with monthly meeting facilitation and provided valuable input for meeting topics and speakers.
• Served as member of the SALT Council supporting the TRIAD of Fauquier County, endorsed by local law enforcement agencies and the State Attorney General’s office to reduce crimes and fraud against seniors. Collaborated with Council members to bring education, information and presentations to seniors across the county.

? Developed, implemented, and managed organizational development and training programs for one of the largest ready-mix concrete producers in Northern Virginia.
? Wrote, designed, and delivered a Servant Leadership-based training program, which included developing a core values statement and training curricula, modules, and materials.
? Designed and implemented an Employee Developmental Assessment (EDA) program that increased the rate of employees receiving annual evaluations from under 10% to over 95%.
