� Led three 10-14 day expeditions consisting of backpacking and backcountry skiing that emphasized leadership development skills.
� Acted as an accessible support figure to students and implemented residential life program by co-heading a cabin of 10 young women and living on-campus.

� Led canoe trips of up to 29 nights in length for young women aged 11-17. Areas travelled include: the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness, Quetico Provincial Park, and Ontario and Manitoba, Canada.
