Produced live entertainment for cruise ships, clubs, festivals, theme parks and private events. For 15 years my main client was Princess Cruises where I received dozens of written commendations from Guests. Hired and supervised musicians, offered feedback and enforced deadlines. Tailored set lists and group composition to suit client needs, and ensured that material was meticulously rehearsed and that venues were always ready for show. Coordinated with talent agents and clients to facilitate execution and payment of talent contracts.

Founding President: The No Day But Today Project, Inc. February 2011 � April 2012

Founded a non-profit organization to provide psycho-social support to people living with HIV in Manila, Philippines. Developed client care and support programs based on up-to-date research and statistics in our own Wellness Center. Partnered with area hospitals and doctors to provide referrals for complete care of clients. Personally trained 10 new HIV counselors and conducted outcall training in schools and corporate settings. Supervised a team of 8 full-time volunteers while counseling and assisting more than 200 clients access care.

Guest Relations Host � VIP Tour Guide: Walt Disney World October 2004 � May 2006

Assisted high volumes of customers in high-pressure atmosphere by answering questions, responding to inquiries, resolving problems and handling telephone requests from other departments. Developed a new process for employee-management communication and inspirational training leading to improved Guest Service in our department. Used in-house computer systems to enter payments, issue tickets, account information and Guest Service Recovery. Received many written Guest compliments, including one from the Vice President of Walt Disney World, Lee Cockerell, himself.
