OBJECTIVE
To obtain a leadership position where I can continue to pursue my passion of helping children and families, utilize my knowledge of operational/administrative procedures, and my extensive educational background to continue to make a difference.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
•Maintain compliance of policies/procedures, NAEYC accreditation standards and Title 22 licensing regulations.

•Delegating responsibilities as needed to ensure program success and provide opportunities for growth.
•Evaluate current programs/curriculum and make changes that reflect the needs of the program and participants.

•Carefully update and maintain client accounts, subsidy accounts & monitor AR
•Plan and coordinate family/center events – lead and collaborate with Parent Committee.
•Maintain staff and child files. Ensuring all files are complete with appropriate paperwork and updates.
•Effectively communicate with parents, children, and co-workers to maintain positive relationships.
•Complete developmental assessments for all children and facilitate parent/teacher conferences.
•Experience with developmental tools and environmental assessments: ASQ-ASQ-SE assessment, DRDP-R Assessment tool for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, & proprietary assessment tools, ECERS, ITERS & CLASS.
•Provide a loving and nurturing environment that fosters growth and development in all domains.
•Guarantee daily paperwork and documentation is complete.
•Excellent customer service.
•Create and implement daily curriculum to ensure quality education and environment.
