It is my desire to attain a teaching position in the public-school system and/or another work environment; whereas I’m able to vitalize my skills as an ADM/leadership that will provide me with opportunities for personal and professional growth. I firmly believe that my knowledge, skills and over thirteen (13) years of experience in the area of childhood education that includes both Master in Early Childhood Education (MEd) and Bachelor (BS), Director/Owner of a Childcare Facility, Assistant Director of a Daycare, an Instructional Teacher Assistant in the North Carolina Public School System, and shall be an asset to your organization’s mission and goals. Moreover, my ten plus (10+) years in administration procedures and ability to communicate on a personal and professional level have helped to optimize policy management and create a positive team environment at all my previous organizations respectfully.
