Managed one MBA class consisted of 23 students and two undergraduate classes consisted of a total of 100 students. Graded their homework and projects every week. Worked with one team in MBA class to finish the final project about a real estate investment plan in Miami city for JDM Capital (New York). Graded 2 midterms and one final throughout the whole semester. Summarized weekly news related to real estate (economic, policy…) and emailed to Professor every Tuesday.

XciteSteps is a company that offers services and programs for children, teens, and adults who experience Autism and developmental disabilities.
Intern, Human Resources Department
Calculated sick-time pay for each employee at the middle and end of every month. Interviewed 8 new employees, discussed with them about the benefits and requirements of XciteSteps. Followed them up to decide whether to hire them. Revised the Employee Handbook and made some changes due to the change of regulations and policy. Assisted in analyzing the company’s overall ability and provided own opinion regarding growth strategies. Assorted around 100 employees’ information (licenses, personal information, driver’s licenses …) and put them orderly in their own profile. Also created a Google drive to save the scanned file and shared them with the managers at the company.
