My name is Chenghao Li, and I am currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science at Occidental College. I have 2+ years of experience in the Software Industry from various internships, passion projects, and university instruction. Through this experience, I have produced projects that have sharpened my software development skills and made me comfortable coordinating with an engineering team. I am proficient in Python, Java, C, MATLAB, Ruby, SQL, and Git workflow.
In the past, I had worked as a Software Engineer for Occidental college, when I was tasked with creating a MATLAB-based research tool for a biology research group. I have also been a System Analyst at an internet workshop, Guruin, where I improve websites’ search engine by adapting “Elastic Search” into the system, using Ruby and MySQL.
In all my roles, I’ve displayed an aptitude for learning new technologies and implementing them on the fly, and exercising collaboration, critical thinking, and software testing in a team setting.
